How do I create an account?
Install AILETIC or open ailetic.app, tap “Sign up”, register with your email address and a password, and choose whether you are a player or a coach. A short onboarding then sets up your profile.

How do I join my club or team?
A coach or club administrator creates the club and shares an invite code or invite link. In the app, open “Join” and enter the code. You will then appear in the squad and see that team's calendar and events.

I am a coach — how do I set up a club?
Choose the coach role during registration, create your club and add teams. You can then invite players with an invite code, create trainings and matches, and record evaluations.

How do I create a training session or a match?
Coaches create events in the calendar: pick the team, date, time, location and — for matches — the opponent. Recurring trainings can be created in one step. Players receive a notification and can respond.

How does the lineup and live match tracking work?
Open the match and switch to the manager view. Set your formation, place players in positions, and record substitutions, goals and cards during the game. Everything flows into the match report and the statistics.

Can players confirm whether they are coming?
Yes. Every training and match has an attendance response. Coaches see the responses on the event and the aggregated numbers under Reports → Attendance.

How does the AI video analysis work?
Upload a short clip of a drill or match situation. The AI reviews the movement and returns concrete feedback plus a score. Film in landscape, keep the player clearly visible, and keep the clip short — that gives the most useful analysis.

My video upload failed. What can I do?
Almost always the clip is too long or the file too large. Trim it to well under a minute, use the trimmer built into the upload screen, and upload over Wi-Fi. If it still fails, email us at info@ailetic.de with your device model and what you tried.

What is the ability profile?
It is your player profile across several football abilities, computed from your video analyses, challenge results and coach evaluations, and compared against players in a similar age group. It updates as you train and fades slowly if you stop, so it reflects your current form rather than your best day.

What does AILETIC cost?
The subscription is €11 per month with no minimum term, unless a different price is shown at the point of purchase. The price that applies to you is always displayed before you confirm.

How do I cancel?
Cancel any time under Profile → Account. If you subscribed inside the iOS app, cancel under Apple ID → Subscriptions in your device settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

A payment failed, or I would like a refund.
Check the payment method stored in your billing settings and retry. For purchases made through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple. In every other case write to info@ailetic.de.

Who can see my videos and my data?
Only you and the coaches and administrators of the teams you belong to. Your content is not public, is never sold, and is not used for third-party advertising.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, profile, uploads and analyses. If you cannot reach the app, email info@ailetic.de from your registered address and we will delete it within 30 days.

Where is my data stored?
Account and app data are stored on Google Firebase in the European Union, with backend servers in Germany. AI analyses are processed via Google's Gemini API. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Wie erstelle ich ein Konto?
Installiere AILETIC oder öffne ailetic.app, tippe auf „Registrieren“, melde dich mit E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort an und wähle, ob du Spieler oder Trainer bist. Ein kurzes Onboarding richtet danach dein Profil ein.

Wie trete ich meinem Verein oder Team bei?
Ein Trainer oder Vereinsadmin legt den Verein an und teilt einen Einladungscode oder -link. Öffne in der App „Beitreten“ und gib den Code ein. Danach erscheinst du im Kader und siehst Kalender und Termine des Teams.

Ich bin Trainer — wie lege ich einen Verein an?
Wähle bei der Registrierung die Trainerrolle, erstelle deinen Verein und lege Teams an. Anschließend kannst du Spieler per Einladungscode einladen, Trainings und Spiele anlegen und Bewertungen erfassen.

Wie lege ich ein Training oder ein Spiel an?
Trainer erstellen Termine im Kalender: Team, Datum, Uhrzeit, Ort und bei Spielen den Gegner auswählen. Wiederkehrende Trainings lassen sich in einem Schritt anlegen. Spieler erhalten eine Benachrichtigung und können zu- oder absagen.

Wie funktionieren Aufstellung und Live-Erfassung?
Öffne das Spiel und wechsle in die Manager-Ansicht. Dort stellst du die Formation ein, setzt Spieler auf Positionen und erfasst während des Spiels Wechsel, Tore und Karten. Alles fließt in den Spielbericht und die Statistiken ein.

Können Spieler zu- oder absagen?
Ja. Zu jedem Training und Spiel gibt es eine Rückmeldung. Trainer sehen die Antworten direkt am Termin und die ausgewerteten Zahlen unter Berichte → Anwesenheit.

Wie funktioniert die KI-Videoanalyse?
Lade einen kurzen Clip einer Übung oder Spielszene hoch. Die KI bewertet die Bewegung und gibt konkretes Feedback samt Score. Filme im Querformat, halte den Spieler gut sichtbar und halte den Clip kurz — so wird die Analyse am aussagekräftigsten.

Mein Video-Upload ist fehlgeschlagen. Was tun?
Fast immer ist der Clip zu lang oder die Datei zu groß. Kürze ihn auf deutlich unter eine Minute, nutze den Zuschneider im Upload-Bildschirm und lade über WLAN hoch. Wenn es weiterhin fehlschlägt, schreib uns an info@ailetic.de mit Gerätemodell und Beschreibung.

Was ist das Fähigkeitenprofil?
Es zeigt dein Spielerprofil über mehrere fußballerische Fähigkeiten — berechnet aus deinen Videoanalysen, Challenge-Ergebnissen und Trainerbewertungen und verglichen mit Spielern einer ähnlichen Altersklasse. Es aktualisiert sich mit deinem Training und sinkt langsam, wenn du pausierst, damit es deine aktuelle Form abbildet.

Was kostet AILETIC?
Das Abo kostet 11 EUR pro Monat ohne Mindestlaufzeit, sofern beim Kauf kein abweichender Preis angezeigt wird. Der für dich gültige Preis wird immer vor der Bestätigung angezeigt.

Wie kündige ich?
Jederzeit unter Profil → Konto. Wenn du das Abo in der iOS-App abgeschlossen hast, kündige es in den Geräteeinstellungen unter Apple-ID → Abonnements. Der Zugang bleibt bis zum Ende des bereits bezahlten Zeitraums bestehen.

Eine Zahlung ist fehlgeschlagen oder ich möchte eine Erstattung.
Prüfe die hinterlegte Zahlungsmethode in den Abo-Einstellungen und versuche es erneut. Käufe über den App Store erstattet Apple. In allen anderen Fällen schreib an info@ailetic.de.

Wer sieht meine Videos und Daten?
Nur du sowie die Trainer und Administratoren der Teams, denen du angehörst. Deine Inhalte sind nicht öffentlich, werden nicht verkauft und nicht für Werbung Dritter genutzt.

Wie lösche ich mein Konto?
In der App: Profil → Konto → Konto löschen. Damit werden Konto, Profil, Uploads und Analysen dauerhaft entfernt. Falls du keinen Zugriff auf die App hast, schreib von deiner registrierten Adresse an info@ailetic.de — wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

Wo werden meine Daten gespeichert?
Konto- und App-Daten liegen bei Google Firebase in der Europäischen Union, die Backend-Server stehen in Deutschland. KI-Analysen laufen über die Gemini-API von Google. Alle Details stehen in unserer Datenschutzerklärung.
